Peacefully, at his home in Madawaska, on Tuesday, December 03, 2013. Martin Yantha, age 93, was the beloved husband of the late Maryann (Minnie) Yantha (2000). Loving father of Arnold (Pauline) Yantha of Madawaska, Susan (Joseph) Dupuis of Madawaska, Sharon (Barry) Yantha of Madawaska, Carol (Steven) Clouthier of Alberta, and Diana (Donald) Klentz of Madawaska. Loved grandfather of Jennifer, Jeannette, Nicole, Martin, Brian, Racheal, Tim, Justin, Derrick, Josh, Tristen, Lucas, Colby, Jacob and Matthew. Great-grandfather of Dylan, Amy, Jordan, Kelsey, Nicolas, Alexis and Alivia. Brother of Michael Yantha of Pembroke, and brother-in-law of Sarah Poff, Leola Fenemore, Howard Minnie and Diane Hicks. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and especially his caregivers Darlene Marois and Marie Mohns. Martin’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Madawaska Community Centre (Major Lake Road, Madawaska) on Sunday 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Matthew the Apostle Catholic Church (25348 Hwy 60 Madawaska) on Monday, December 09, 2013 at 12 Noon, with Father Moses Nwosu presiding. Interment St. Matthews Catholic Cemetery, Madawaska. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Francis Memorial Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
