At Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Thursday, November 28, 2013. Maral Kuno, age 85, was the beloved husband of Betty (Best) Kuno of Bancroft. Loving father of Pat (Don) Pilgrim of Palmer Rapids, and Dean (Joanne) Kuno of Bancroft. Loved grandfather of Ashley (Aimee), Brennan (Tania), Curtis (Caroline) and Greg (Roz). Great-grandfather of Courtney, Brie, Wade, Eden, Ayla, Caleb and Elwyn. Brother and brother-in-law of Leonard Kuno (Lois), Harold Kuno (Norma), Joe Best (Bessie), Claude Best (Gwen), Marie Best, Blair Bronson and Earla Best. Great-nephew of Frances Kuno. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Maral’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Andrew’s Bethel United Church, Maynooth on Saturday, November 30, 2013 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 3:30 p.m. with The Rev. Jennifer Canning officiating. Interment Emmanuel Cemetery, Maynooth. As expressions of sympathy, donations to QHC North Hastings Hospital or Hospice North Hastings would be appreciated by the family.
