Peacefully, at St. Francis Memorial Hospital, Barry’s Bay, with his son Ray and daughter-in-law Christine by his side, on Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Joseph Wojick, age 91 of Whitney, was the beloved husband of the late Margaret (Coulas) Wojick. Joseph leaves his 6 children, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother of Andrew Wojick of Bancroft. Joseph was known as the Rawleigh Man in this area for many years. Joseph’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (10 Post St., Whitney) on Sunday Evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church on Monday, July 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Moses Nwosu presiding. Interment , St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery, Whitney. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. Martin of Tours Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
