Peacefully, at his home in Bancroft, on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Ted Hannah, age 84, formerly of Lake St. Peter, was the beloved husband of Shirley (Watson) Hannah. Loved father of Karen (Allan) Pilatzke, Cathy (Lloyd) McTrash, Dale (Ronnie) Hannah, Danny Hannah, and Kim (Bob) McGibbon. Loved grandfather of Jeff (Joyce), Matt (Cindy), Tanya, Eric (Amy), Amie (Peter), Sam, Becky, Justin, Miranda and Jessica. Great-grandfather of Nicholas, Emily, Clayton, Evelyn, Tyler, Mitchel, Oliver, Nathan, Calvin, Summer, Solstice, Autumn and Hudson. Brother-in-law of Lois Belleveau and Lorna Ruttan. Ted’s family received relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth) on Friday, February 22, 2013 from 10:00 – 12 Noon. A Funeral Service followed at 12 Noon with The Rev. Jennifer Canning officiating. Cremation will take place at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings or The Canadian Red Cross Homecare would be appreciated by the family.
