Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Friday, January 11, 2013. Allan Fowler, age 91, was the son of the late Charles and Dora (Marshall) Fowler. Loved father of Allan Charles Fowler, and his wife Anna of Bancroft, Victoria Stephenson (Kelly) of Bewdley, and the late Bruce Fowler (1992). Loving grandfather of Julie (Andy), Jeremy, Virginia, Valerie, Michael, Warren, Jeffery (Terry), Crystal (Mike) and Timothy. Great-grandfather of 11. Brother of Eve (Stan) Meridith, Jim (Lorena) Fowler, Margaret Franklin, and the late Herb Fowler. Special friend of Rod, Amy, Morgan, Stacey, Rod, Cody, and Kyle. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbours. Allan’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth), on Monday evening from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 10:00 – 12 Noon. A Funeral Service will follow at 12 Noon with The Rev. Jennifer Canning officiating. Cremation will follow at Lakefield Crematorium.
