Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Saturday, October 13, 2012. Marvyn Parkhurst, age 60 of Boulter was the loving spouse of Lois Whyte of Boulter. Loving father of Lou Ann White, Scott Whyte, Patrick Whyte (Kerrie) and Christina Whyte. Loved grandfather and great-grandfather. Brother and brother-in-law of Doug (Mary), Lorna (Jim), Nelda (Morris), Donna (Bill), John (Grace), Boyd (Dian), Jim (Leona), Milton ( Elaine), Dawson (Sandra), Larry (Janet), Madeline (Michael), John, June (Rick). Survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Marvyn loved anything to do with the outdoors. He Loved hunting, fishing and his ATV. Marvyn’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Bancroft Petecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St. N., Bancroft) on Tuesday 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 from 10:00 – 12:00 Noon. A Funeral Service will follow at 12 Noon with The Rev. Lynn Watson officiating. Cremation will follow at Lakefield Crematorium.
