Peacefully, at Kingston General Hospital, Kingston, on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Barry Schruder, age 64 of Maynooth, was the Loved husband of Shiela (Brethour) Schruder. Loved father of Derek Schruder and Paula Beauchamp. Step-father of Derek Thompson (Amy), and father-in-law of Stephanie. Papa of Chaise, Marlie, Rebecca, Victoria, and Madisyn. Brother and Brother-in-law of Barb Cotnam (Wayne), Charlotte Cotnam, Cathy Schruder, Judie Schruder, Greg Schruder. Glenn Schruder, Louise (Glen) Watson, Colin (Judy) Brethour, Charlene Rogers, and Glen (Mary) Brethour. Son-in-law of Charlotte Brethour and the late Floyd of Bancroft. Predeceased by his parents Emerson and Geraldine Schruder, his brother Ray, his son-in-law Sean, and his brother-in-law Fred. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. Barry’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Paul’s United Church (Boulter Lake Road, Lake St. Peter) on Friday, September 28, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. Jennifer Canning officiating. As expressions of sympathy donations to Kingston General Hospital I.C.U. or H.A.R.T would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
