Passed away peacefully, in the presence of extended family, on Thursday, April 05, 2012, at The Ottawa Civic Hospital, due to Goodpasture’s Disease. John Regan age 23, of Boulter, was the loving partner of Rita Shaw. Beloved son of Patricia Reilly and Mike Hudson of Toronto. Loved grandson of Marguerite and the late Kevin Reilly, and Jim and the late Irene Hudson. Brother of Amanda & Christina Hudson. Godson of Helen and Pat Cully, and nephew of Kevin and Christopher Reilly and the extended Hudson family. Cousin of Tara, Charlie and Mike Pryde of Oshawa, and Steven Cully of Mt. Maunganui, New Zealand. John is lovingly remembered by his cousins, aunts and uncles in Dublin, London and Boston and by his wonderful group of friends in particular Jon Mrazek, Doug Rozak, Brennan Green, Adam Hudson, Lance Norlock and Jamie Jobson. A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Gabriel’s Passionist Catholic Church, 670 Sheppard Ave. E. (east of Bayview Avenue), Toronto, on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Father Paul Cusack Presiding. Cremation has already taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. A Celebration of John’s Life to be held at Loney’s Schutte (Raglan) in May. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Ottawa Hospital-Nephrology Department or to Bancroft Community Transit would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
