Peacefully, at Providence Continuing Care Centre, Kingston, on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. Ernie Bisson, age 76, was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Musclow) Bisson. Loved father of Paul Bisson and his wife Brenda of Renfrew, Sherry-Lynn Musclow and her husband Rodney of Baptiste, Wendy Rasmussen and her husband Peter of Thunder Bay, Nancy Gordon and her husband Doug of Peterborough, and Danny Bisson and his wife Jennifer of Ottawa. Loved grandfather of Alyssa (Simon), Amy (Craig), Adam, Annie-Megan, Mitchell, Tyler, Chris, Madison and Pyper. Loved great-grandfather of Jacob and Kane. Survived by his brother Douglas (Kathy) of Oshawa. Brother-in-law of Arlene MacLeod (David) of Bancroft, and Carolyn Bierworth (David) of Port Hope. Ernie’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St., N., Bancroft) on Friday evening from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m., and on Saturday January 21, 2012 from 12 Noon – 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike West officiating. Interment will take place in the spring at Hillcrest Cemetery, Bancroft. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Gideons would be appreciated by the family.
