Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Monday, January 16, 2012. Darrell Carleton, age 54, of McArthur's Mills, was the beloved husband of Debbie (McLeod). Loved father of Shane and Troy (Sarah). Loved grandfather of Mary. Son of Madeleine and Jim Carleton of McArthur's Mills. Fondly remembered by many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and friends. Darrell’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #181 (16 Station St., Bancroft) on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 12 Noon till 1:30 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. with Mr. Ron McMurray officiating. Cremation has already taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings would be appreciated by the family.
