Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 25, 2011 at the Peel Manor Nursing Home in Brampton. Predeceased by her husband Dave, son Lyle and grandson Kevin. Survived by daughters Pat (Bob) and Cindy (John) and her grandchildren: Michael, John, Laura and Jim. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium.  A private interment of Connie's cremated remains will take place at a later date.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated by the family.
