Peacefully, at his home in Bancroft on Monday, July 04, 2011. John Hall, age 72. was the beloved husband of Maureen (Hope) Hall. Loved father of Steven Hall of Toronto, and Stephen Hope (Wendy) of Easton P.A. USA. Grandfather of James Hope. John lived in Burlington for many years, and was a teacher with the Halton Board of Education for over 35 years. He moved to Bancroft upon his retirement. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. John’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth) on Wednesday evening 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will take place on Thursday, July 07, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Jim Beanish officiating. Interment of John’s Cremated Remains at St. Ignatius Martyr Cemetery, Maynooth. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Hospice North Hastings or Community Care North Hastings would be appreciated by the family.
