Peacefully, at her home in Stewiacke, Nova Scotia, on Friday, August 06, 2010. Darla Reid, age 45, was the loved partner of William (Bill) Jackson. Loved daughter of the late Arthur and Marie (Kerr) Reid. Loving sister of Gary (April), Paul (Debbie), Jerry (Bonnie) and Donna Lea (Tracy). Dear aunt of Christal, Lisa, Chad, Becky, Matthew, Bobbie-Jo, Katie, Justin, Daniel, Nathan, Jonathan, Jaymie, Shelly and Shaun. Great Aunt of Austin, Cory, Darryl, Alanna, Gabby, Adien, plus one on the way. Darla’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth), on Friday August 13, 2010 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Lynn Watson officiating. Cremation will follow at Lakefield Crematorium, with interment of Darla’s ashes at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Bancroft, at a later date.
