Peacefully, at the Hastings Centennial Manor, Bancroft, on Saturday, June 26, 2010. Muriel (Min) Scott, age 82, of Coe Hill, formerly of Pickering Village. was the beloved wife of Donald Scott of Coe Hill. Loved mother of Tom Scott and his wife Susan of Lake St. Peter, JoAnn Cox and her husband Fred of Newcastle, and Kelly Scott and his wife Joyce of Brooklin. Loving grandmother of Rob, Jennifer, Kyle, Warren, Shawn and Michael. Great-grandmother of Kylie Muriel. Sister of Jean Ottewell, Ella Sharkey, and Peggy (Bob) Scott. Predeceased by her brothers Andrew Annan, and Donald Annan and her sister Dodie Watson. Min’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Andrew’s United Church, Coe Hill, on Wednesday, June 30, 2010, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. A Memorial service for Min will take place at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Dr. Kent Clayton officiating. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. Interment of Min’s ashes will take place at Erskin Cemetery, Pickering, at a later date.
