Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Wednesday, June 23, 2010. Dale Brethour, age 42, was the loving father of Kristen and Julie. Loved son of Ronald and Katherine (Spence) Brethour of Bancroft. Brother and brother-in-law of John Brethour and his wife Alicia of Maynooth, Ken Brethour of Bancroft, and Bonnie and her husband Jimmy Avery of Whitney. Predeceased by his brother Dougie. Loved uncle of Amanda, Kyle, Paul, Amanda, Greg, Curtis, Matthew, Megan, Kimberley and Brandon. Dale’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St. N., Bancroft) on Saturday June 26, 2010, from 10:00 - 2:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Dale will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Garry Robinson officiating. Cremation will follow at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to QHC North Hastings Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
