February 22nd, 1940 - April 22nd, 2024 The People’s Grandma, Door Always Open, Lights and Coffee Always On for Any and All Passed peacefully in her 84th year, surrounded by family and loved ones in Kingston hospital on April 22nd, 2024. Daughter of John and Lily Wass (deceased). Loving sister of Eleanor (deceased). Beloved wife of Frederick (deceased). Carried on in the hearts of her children Beverly (Al), John “Billy”, Robert “Bobby” (Denise) (Olga,deceased), Bonnie (Norm), Barbie (deceased) and Brenda (Randy). Forever the greatest Grandma to Jessica (Jim), Chantelle, Lisa, Robbie, James, Brianna, Brandie and Kaylea. Beloved Aunt to Shelly, Trudy, Steven, Shawn and Terry. Loved by all of her many great grandchildren and great nieces and nephews. Forever remembered by any and all who needed a loving space. Service to be held June 8th, 2024, at Mount Zion Pentecostal Church, in Gilmour, ON, followed by burial at Gilmour Cemetery and lunch at the Township Hall. More details to follow.
