Peacefully in his sleep on Friday, April 19, 2024, at age 65.  Michael was predeceased by his beloved mother Joan Fraser, his grandparents Frank and Elva Fraser of Peterborough, and his Uncle Ed. Mike was gregarious and loved being with his friends at the lake in Coe Hill. A former league hockey and baseball player, he followed the Petes, the Leafs, and was a big fan of NASCAR.  He had an encyclopedic knowledge of sports stats and trivia, and WW II. He liked working on his cars, watching Youtubers work on their cars, the antics of his cats and dogs over the years who shared his home, and old B&W war movies and tv shows. Mike was an old school guy to the end, who proudly eschewed owning a cell phone. He valued sportsmanship in the rough-and-tumble of athletic competition and maintained good humour in the face of life's later hardships. A dear friend who will be missed by many, especially Janet, Doug, Marla, Dave, and Rick. Much thanks and love also to Wendy. Cremation has taken place. There will not be a service.
