Passed peacefully with his family at his side at Peterborough Regional Health Centre Hospital on Tuesday, October 17, 2023. Beloved father of Tammy Shirk, Joy (Steve) Fox and Cory (Tasha) Crete. Loving grandfather of Avery, Peyton, Addison, Madelyn, Abby, Daniel, Alèna, and Warren. Loving brother, uncle and friend to many. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends and relatives at M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth, ON) for a Celebration of Fern’s Life on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow at noon with Rev. Mike West presiding. Interment to follow at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetery in Bancroft.
