Peacefully, at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Peterborough, on Thursday, September 11, 2008. Joan Gallagher, age 74, was the beloved wife of Dan Gallagher of Maynooth. Loved mother of John, Jim, Kathy Willis and her husband Jamie, Danny, Terry, Eileen Gallagher Khodkar and her husband Ahmad, and Betty Gallagher. Grandmother of Michael, Bonnie, Tim, Shannon, Katie and Simon. Predeceased by her parents Michael and Kathleen (Green) Flynn, her son Patrick Gallagher (2008), and her brothers and sisters Molly, Nellie, Kathleen, Liola, Zeta, Jack, Eugene, Pat and Reg Flynn. Joan’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Army Navy & Air Force Club (ANAF Road, Maynooth) on Sunday 3 – 5 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ignatius Martyr Church (Hwy 127, Maynooth) on Monday, September 15, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, St. Ignatius Martyr Cemetery, Maynooth.
