Peacefully, at the Hastings Centennial Manor, Bancroft, with her family by her side, on Saturday, January 04, 2020. Millie (Scott) Simpson, age 84, was the beloved wife of the late Donald Simpson (2016). Loving mother of Everett (Nicole) of Bancroft, Rodney (Gail) of Manitoulin Island, Paul (Susan) of Fenelon Falls, Judy (Milt) of Maynooth, Roxanne (Carl) of Cambridge and her late infant son Keith (1958). Loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Sister of Mable Stamplecoski (Wayne), Archie Scott (Brenda), John Scott (Shirley) and Merle Scott. Predeceased by Norman, Georgina, Penny, Edna, Charlie, Annie, Vera and George. Survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. A private family visitation followed by cremation, has taken place. A Celebration of Millie’s Life will take place at the A.N.A.F. (ANAF Road, Maynooth) on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 3:30 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Home Again Bancroft Animal Rescue or H.A.R.T (Highlands Animal Relief Team) would be appreciated by the family.
