Peacefully, at the Quinte Health Care Belleville General Hospital, Belleville, on Saturday, December 04, 2010. Linda (Frenette) Lowther, age 57 of Bancroft, was the loving partner of the late Steven Takas (2010). Loved mother of Michelle Lowther. Sister of Ron Frenette of Bancroft, Norma Brown-Frenette (Rick) of Pike Bay, and Anselm Frenette of Orangeville. Predeceased by her parents Edgar and Elizabeth (Boucher) Frenette and by her sister Roberta Green. Fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Linda’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth) on Wednesday 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Thursday December 09, 2010 at 12 Noon, with Father Patrick Dobec officiating. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery in Thornhill. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Canadian Diabetes Association, or Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
