Peacefully, at his home on Tramore Road, Golden Lake, on Tuesday, November 23, 2010, at the age of 78. Left to mourn is his wife Millie (Sovie) and children Phillip (Deb), Carl (Brenda), Adele (Tom), Dawn (Nico), and stepson Donald (Shaina). Loving grandfather of Jackie, Richard, Stephen, Jeremy, Michael, Derek, Josh, Eden and Isabella. Step-grandfather to Jessica, Kaitlyn, Nathan, Thomas, Harley, and Hayden. Also left to mourn are his sister-in-law Norma Farr and his brother-in-law Edward Montgomery. Predeceased by his wife Geraldine, his parents William and Cecilia (Libby) Farr, and all his brothers and sisters John, Don, Joy, Minerva, Mernie, Hazel, Mazie and all his brothers and sisters-in-law. Cremation has taken place at Lakefield Crematorium. A Memorial Service will take place at the Church of the Ascension Anglican Church (Mill St., Killaloe), on Wednesday, December 01, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Susan Clifford officiating. Interment, St. John’s Tramore Union Cemetery, Killaloe. As expressions of sympathy, donations to St. John’s Tramore Anglican Church Building Fund, would be appreciated by the family.
