At Extendicare Nursing Home, Haliburton, on Saturday, November 06, 2010. Irene Traviss-Crocker, age 74, was the beloved wife of the late Barney Traviss (1985) and the late Edward (Ted) Crocker (2002). Loving mother of Deborah Rowden (Keith) of Haliburton, Sandra Mertz of Belleville, Linda Berry (Eric Sharpe) of Carnarvon, Robert Traviss (Karen) of Tory Hill, and Suzanne Traviss (Ken Warawa) of Belleville. Predeceased by her son Gary James Traviss and her daughter Kimberley Taylor-Burke. Loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Sister of Mary Danzey (Glen) of Oshawa, Emily O’Neil (Lloyd) of Bancroft, and Marjorie Visinar of Oshawa. Irene’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Gooderham Pentecostal Church, Gooderham, on Tuesday November 09, 2010 from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m., with Pastor Howard Dudgeon officiating. Interment at Glenmorgan Union Cemetery, Gooderham. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Community Christian Concern Centre, Haliburton would be appreciated by the family.
