Suddenly, at the Quinte Health Care, Belleville General Hospital, on Thursday, March 11, 2010. Louis Leveque, age 72, of Maynooth, was the loved companion and best friend of Angela Cormier. Loved step-father of Toni Cormier (Jonathan) Jarret Cormier, and step-grandfather of Madison. Beloved son of the late Phillip and Lulu (Flynn) Leveque. Loving brother of Jim Leveque of Bancroft, Patrick Leveque (Nora) of Maynooth, Jack Leveque (Carmel) of Maynooth, Norine Helferty (Dorienn) of Palmer Rapids, Rita Murray (Dowdall) of Barry’s Bay, and Marion Cannon (Brian) of Sudbury. Predeceased by his brothers Tom and William, and his sister Phyllis. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews, and many friends. Louis’ family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home, 200 Old Hastings Road, Maynooth, on Friday at 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass for Louis will take place at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church, Maynooth, on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment, St. Ignatius Martyr Cemetery, Maynooth, in the spring. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or to The Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
