The family of Ann Marie (Pearson) Smith are saddened to announce her passing at Ottawa General Hospital on September 15, 2026 at the age of 64. Born on November 26th, 1961 in Stoney Creek to Wray and Helen Pearson. Ann Marie began raising her family in Selkirk, Ontario, before later relocating to Maynooth, Ontario. Ann Marie, loving mother of Brick, Echo, Jade & Chris, Fawn & Jordan, and Ivory. Cherished grandmother of Grace & George, Talon, Rachael, Wray, Ryder, Emilia, Nash, Lincoln and Wren. Ann Marie poured her heart into her family, guiding her children and taking special delight in her grandchildren. She had a gentle sense of humour, finding laughter in unexpected moments and sharing that warmth with those around her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and adventure. We are profoundly grateful to the amazing staff at Ottawa General Hospital for treating Ann Marie with such dignity and tenderness.
