Surrounded by his family at Madawaska Valley Hospice, Barry’s Bay, on Sunday, July 26, 2026. Glen Liedtke, age 86 of Hardwood Lake, was the beloved husband of Rhoda (Neuman) Liedtke for 66 years. Loving father of Kimberly Mulhall (David), and the late Blaine and Gwen. Loved grandfather of Liam (Katlyn), Lucas (Kandis), Lance, Dakota (Melanie), Andrew, Hunter, and Paris. Great-grandfather of Evanee, Leighton, Declynn, Rendyn, William, Brinley, and Aurora. Lovingly remembered by his daughter-in-law Joan Liedtke, and his son-in-law Stephen Kelly. Brother of the late Bernard Liedtke, and brother-in-law of Bonnie O’Brien (Brian), and Shiela Macauley (Bob). Survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Glen retired after many years working with the Township of Raglan as the road superintendent and worked the family farm with his beef cattle for many years. Glen enjoyed spending time with his family, loved hunting, and brought a smile to everyone’s face by telling a joke. Glen was loved and respected by everyone. Cremation has taken place. Glen’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church (786 Renfrew County Rd 514, Schutt) on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with The Rev. Randy Liedtke officiating. Interment at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.
