Peacefully, at Hastings Centennial Manor, Bancroft, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Alan Lusk, age 78, was the son of the late Arthur and Dorothy Lusk. Brother of Carol Palmateer, and Sherri Lusk. Uncle to Jennifer. Lovingly remembered by Tracy Matthews and Liam Kearney. Alan was a retired O.P.P. Officer for many years and was also employed at Bancroft Sport & Marine for over 10 years. He loved Papineau Lake and boating and his Sea doo. His biggest joy was his pets, and his love for animals. As per Alan’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to H.A.R.T. (Highlands Animal Relief Team) would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
