Passed peacefully on Monday, November 17, 2025 at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital in Bancroft at the age of 80. Beloved husband of the late Patricia. Loved father of Jennifer Syer (Jason Foote) of Millbrook, ON. Cherished grandfather of Jasmine Prentice (Nate), Logan Prentice and great-grandfather of Willow. Brother of Rodney (Sharon) and Brother-in-law of Arlene (the late Patrick) and Don (Linda). Duncan loved camping, hunting, fishing and anything outdoors. He was skilled at woodworking and taught others. He will be missed by his nieces, nephews and extended family. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or service at this time but check back in the spring for details on a Celebration of his life.
