Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at Madawaska Valley Hospice, Barry’s Bay, on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.  Clover Palbiski, age 93 of Whitney, was the beloved wife of the late Gordon Palbiski (2017).  Loving mother of Clayton Palbiski (Elaine), Peter Palbiski (Donna), Janet Lynch (Bart), and Erma Dubreuil (Andy).  Loving grandmother of Kris (Sandra), Chris (Crystal), Katie (Shane), Matthew (Sheila), Amy (Justin), Michael (Stacie), Alex (Michelle), and Jameson.  Predeceased by her granddaughter Sara (Andy).  Great-grandmother of Caleb, Julia, Cole, Payton, Jordan, Laci, Felix, Logan, Rowan, Charlotte, Clover, and Callan. Sister of Shirley Moodie (Ron), Eleanor Thomas (late Eddie), and the late Kenneth Avery (Juanita), and Alvin Avery (Eileen).  Sister-in-law of Fred Kmith (late Norma), and the late Charmaine and Clifford Olmstead, Wallace and Eva Palbiski, and Cora and Thomas Chapeski. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.  Cremation has taken place. Clover’s family will receive relatives and friends at St. Martin of Tours Parish Hall (41 Post Street, Whitney) on Monday July 28, 2025, from 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.  A Memorial Service will take place at St. Anthony’s Anglican Church (131 Church Hill Street, Whitney) on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. with The Rev. Marilyn Zehr officiating.  Interment, Whitney Union Cemetery.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to Madawaska Valley Hospice or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
