At the Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Allan MacKinnon, age 75 of Bancroft, was the beloved husband of Janice (Wannamaker) MacKinnon. Loving father of Mark Sicker. Loved grandfather of Tim (Marnie), Matthew (Amy), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Brother-in-law of Sue (John), Sharon (Jerry), Dennis (Charlene), Vince (Ingrid),and Jack. Survived by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Allan spent many years working in retail with Towers Department Stores. He loved his hockey and fishing with Dave. His favorite saying was “That’s Good Enough” He will be sadly missed by many. There will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
