Peacefully, at Haliburton Highlands Health Services, Haliburton, on Friday, April 04, 2025. Ruth Vaughan, age 76 of Wilberforce, was the beloved wife of Thomas Vaughan. Loving mother of George Vaughan of Queensville, Tammy Vaughan of Wilberforce, Tanya Vaughan (Jon) of Sutton, and Cindy Vaughan (Jeff) of Halifax. Loved grandmother of Michael, Stephen (Colbeigh), Rhys, and Rylee. Great-grandmother of Noah. Ruth will be greatly missed by her large family and many friends. Ruth was a lifetime member of the Wilberforce Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Ruth’s Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 624 (1007 Burleigh Road, Wilberforce) on Sunday, April 13, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Interment Essonville Pioneer Cemetery, Essonville.
