Suddenly, at the Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Thursday, September 24, 2009. Elenor Stewart, age 74, was the beloved wife of the late Leonard Stewart (1997). Loving mother of Wayne (Lorraine) Stewart of Barrie, Wendy Stewart of Georgetown, Cindy Cooper (Gary) of Bancroft, Tammy Stewart (Kevin Scott) of Maynooth and Shawn Stewart of Maynooth. Loved grandmother of Branden, Brianna, Nicole, Tayler, Tyrel, Jaime, Cody, Darrin and Cheyenne. Daughter of the late Emery and Pearl (Armstrong) Bruce. Fondly remembered by many family and friends. Elenor’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth) on Sunday 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will take place at the Graphite Bible Chapel (Graphite Road) on Monday, September 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation will follow at Lakefield Crematorium. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
