Peacefully, at Extendicare, Haliburton, on Monday, August 12, 2024. Ron Rollauer age 81 of Harcourt, was the beloved husband of Brenda (Akester) Rollauer. Loving father of Lesley Barlow (Robert) and Todd Rollauer (Paula). Loved grandfather of Alyssa, Emily, Laura, and Sean. Great-grandfather of Sofia. Brother of Edna, Marlyn, and brother-in-law of Bill and Bonnie Saunders. Missed by his nieces, nephews and friends. Ron was a police officer for over 40 years, serving with the MCU in Quebec, and retiring as a Staff Sargent with the Durham Regional Police Service. Cremation has taken place, with interment in Hemingford Cemetery, Quebec. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Hastings-Prince Edward would be appreciated by the family.
