At the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024. David Jacob age 62, was the beloved son of Helen (Sevigny) and the late Albert Jacob (2014). Loving father of Ashley O’Brien (Mark). Loved brother of Wendy Faught (Tim), and Suzanne Baumhour. Loving uncle of Kathryn, Amanda, Thomas, and Katie. Fondly remembered by his 11 great nieces and nephews and 1 great-great niece. Cremation has taken place. A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
