At the Peterborough Regional Health Centre, Peterborugh, on Friday, June 14, 2024.  Bill Boomhouer, age 75 of Wilberforce, was the beloved husband of Brenda (King) Boomhouer.  Loving father of Leslie Leveque (Dave), J.R. Lewis, Kenneth Johnson (Shannon), Kimberly Ann Hannah (Mark), Michael Boomhouer (Jordon), Brian Baker (Debbie), and Lynn Demmings.  Loved grandfather and great-grandfather.  Brother of Bob, Gary, Robert, Rose, Shirley, and Joan.  Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and friends.  Bill was employed with General Motors for over 32 years, he loved to hunt and fish, and a member of the Bancroft Legion for many years.  Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Bill’s Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 624, (1007 Burleigh Road, Wilberforce), on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Interment at Mount Lawn Cemetery, Oshawa, at a future date.  As expressions of sympathy, donations to Vet to Vet (Veteran to Veteran) would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to M.G.
