Peacefully, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, Ottawa, on Sunday, May 19, 2024. Gilbert Keller, age 78 of Boulter, leaves behind his wife Donna, and his children Darlene Oickle (Jay), Sylvia Crawford, Elaine Green (Jim), Lorna Keller, and Dwayne Keller. Gilbert was the loving grandfather of his 11 grandchildren and their spouses, and 3 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Elroy Keller, and brothers and sisters-in-law, Harry & Alma Keller, Larry & Eleanor Keller, Floyd & Janet Keller, Gloria Ramsay, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Arnold and Dora Keller, his brothers Clifford and Emerson Keller, his sister Cora, his brothers and sisters-in-law Elwood Cuthbertson, Glen & Eva Keller, and Maude Keller. Gilbert worked all his life as a logger, but the last few years have been rough due to his declining health. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will take place at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church Cemetery (Moccasin Lake Road, Schutt) on Saturday, June 08, 2024 at 3:30 p.m. with The Rev. Randy Liedtke officiating.
