Peacefully, at Hastings Centennial Manor, Bancroft, on Tuesday, May 07, 2024. Carlton Peacock, age 89, was the beloved husband of Phoebe Marie (Mountney) Peacock. Loving father of Rick (June), Diane, Linda (Zoran), Gerald (Connie), Daniel, Sidney, Judy (Brian) and Perry. Loving grandfather of Natasha, Donna, Sean, Joshua, Aleksandra, Stefani, Laura, Jordan, Tyler, Anthony, Bradley, Donald, Justin, Breanna, Cody, and Presley. Great-grandfather of 16. Carlton was the son of the late Robert and Hilda Peacock, and brother of Valency (Jack), Blanche, Vera, Morton, and the late Mary, Donald, and Robert B. Survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Carlton was employed with the MTO for over 33 years. He loved to go fishing, and hunt moose. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Carlton’s Life will take place at Mayo Township Community Center, 66 Mayo Lake Rd., McArthurs Mills, ON K0L 2M0 on Saturday, July 27, 2024 from 1 to 4 p.m. Interment will take place in Hermon Cemetery, McArthurs Mills, ON.
