Sadly, we announce the passing of Fern Neiman on Sunday, January 1, 2023, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Bancroft Hospital at the age of 80. Fern was the beloved wife of the late Ronald Neiman (2020). Loved mother of Perry (Brenda), Glenn, Ivan and Lauren. Cherished grandmother of Greg, James, Billy, Jessie, Jonah and Emma. Great-grandmother of Carson. Fern was predeceased by her parents Harry & Hazel Hass and her brothers Allen and Ken Hass. Cremation has taken place.
