At the Quinte Health Care, North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Thursday, January 01, 2009. Howard Baragar, age 88, of Lake St. Peter, was the beloved husband of the late Helen (Mason) Baragar (1985). Loved father of Marlene Lavalley (Raymond), Eilene Milligan (George), Ronald Baragar, Sherry Driscoll, June Bowman, and Vincent Baragar (Lois). Loved grandfather of Richard, Wayne, Brian, Wendy, Marie, Michael, Harvey, Lorraine, Shelley, Garnet, Darlene and Julie. Great-grandfather of Paul, Bethanne, Peter, James, Johnathan, Garnet, Katlynn, Scarlett, Brooke, Jemini, Cheyenne and Alex. Sister of Leola Holmes and the late Frank, Cuthbert, Noble, Greg and Alma. Howard’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home (200 Old Hastings Rd., Maynooth) on Sunday 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. A Funeral Service for Howard will take place at the Word of Life Outreach Church (Hwy 127, Lake St. Peter), on Monday, January 05, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment, St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery, Lake St. Peter. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Word of Life Outreach Building Fund, St. Paul’s United Church, or Hospice North Hastings, would be appreciated by the family.
