Suddenly at his home in Whitney, on Sunday, May 30, 2021. Clayton Ruddy, age 66, was the loving father of Melissa Ruddy, and Elizabeth Ruddy. Loved grandfather of Emily Ruddy. Son of Monica (Dombroskie) and the late Patrick Ruddy of Whitney. Brother of Lillian, Early, Margaret (Roy), Allan (Edith), Donald, Diane and Nancy. Predeceased by his brothers David and Hugh, and his sister Linda. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Clayton’s family will receive relatives and friends at a drive by visitation at 41 Paradise Road, Whitney, on Friday, June 04, 2021, from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. A private Mass of Christian Burial will take place at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church (41 Post St., Whitney), at 11:00 a.m. with Father Malachy Ekezie presiding. Cremation will follow, with interment of Ashes at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery. Due to COVID-19, strict visitation and service restrictions will be in place.
