Peacefully, at her home on Paudash Lake, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021. Lois Simpson, age 76, was the beloved wife for 57 years, of Gordon Simpson. Loving mother of Rick of Bancroft, Dennis (Bernice) of Bancroft, Randy (Nancy) of Bancroft, Dewayne (Sherri) of Bancroft, Terry (Holly) of Oshawa, and Jerry (Robin) of Bancroft. Loved grandmother of Jillena, Blair, Gordie, Megan, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Ethan, Peyton, Brydon, Mariah, and Tanya (Phil). Great-grandmother of Kevin and Mariah. Sister and sister-in-law of Don, Anne, Bob (Yvonne), Rosemary (Wayne), Joyce (Roy), Lloyd, Nancy (Phil), Ralph (Lillian), Diane, Darlene (Kelly), Terry (Becky), Dale (Tracy), Brian (Ann), Verna, Dianne, and Brenda. Predeceased by her parents George and Mary MacDonald, and her brothers, Albert, Lawrence, Clarence, David, and Sheldon. Fondly loved by many nieces, nephews, and friends. At Lois’ request, there will be no visitation or funeral services. Cremation has taken place.
