Peacefully, at Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Glenn White, age 71 of Bancroft, was the beloved husband of Joyce (Bruce) White. Loving father of Lisa White and Curtis White. Predeceased by his son Jody White (2002). Loving grandfather of Anthony, Zachary, Jody, Alley, Kylie, Bailey, and Jaylyn. Brother of Gerald (Sheila), Ernie (Gloria), Harry, Dennis (Nicole), Fred (Kim), Fern (Neil) and Mavis (Steve). Son-in-law of Norma Bruce, and brother-in-law of Ethel (Dearl), Marilyn (Larry), Clarence, Kenny (Betty) and Steve (Brenda). Survived by many nieces, nephews and friends. Glenn worked for many years with Freymond Lumber, and at The Bancroft Pentecostal Church. Due to COVID-19, Glenn’s family will receive relatives and friends with restrictions in place, at The Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle on Friday, August 21, 2020 from 11:00 – 1:00 p.m. A Funeral Service will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor John Riley officiating. Cremation will follow, with interment at Hermon Cemetery, at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle would be appreciated by the family.
