Peacefully at the Quinte Health Care, North Hastings Hospital, Bancroft, on Friday, June 13, 2008. Linda Marie Wilson, age 59, was the daughter of Nilo (Ferguson) and Murray Wilson. Sister of Patricia, and aunt of Rebecca and Scott. Fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Linda was the founding Pipe Major of the Bancroft Legion Pipes and Drum Band. She will be greatly missed by all. Visitation for Linda will take place at St. Paul’s United Church (1 Hastings St. S., Bancroft) on Monday June 16, 2008 from 12:30 – 2:00 p.m., followed by a Funeral Service in the church at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow at Lakefield Crematorium, with Interment in Trenton at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Quinte Health Care North Hastings Hospital, or the Brain Tumour Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
