Peacefully, at her daughter’s home in Bancroft, surrounded by her family, on Wednesday, July 13, 2016. Marguerite Young, age 78, of Hermon, was the beloved wife of the late Gerald George Young (2015). Loving mother of Kevin Young (Sharon), Bonnie Bruce (Fred), Sharon Dillabough (Cameron), Wayne Young (Judy), Teresa Kerr (Clarence) and Rhonda Miller (Ron). Loved grandmother of Royce, Ian, Trevor, Terri, Michael, Crystal, Amanda, Sandy, Randy, Lyndsey, Melinda and Dustin. Great-grandmother of Jasmin, Keegan, Maiden, James, Kiptyn, Amber, C.J., Owen, Kristin, Jordan, Jackson, Bradley, Nathan, George, Billy, Dillin and Brandy. Sister and sister-in-law of Ruby Huber (the late John Mark), Ernie Hannah (Paulette), Carol Foultris (Peter), Carmen (Dorothy), Marylou (Frank), Carl (Sharon),. Predeceased by Anita, Erma, Mural, Betty, Lois, Marlene, Lawrence and Evan. Marguerite’s family will receive relatives and friends at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle (311 Hastings St. N., Bancroft) on Friday 2:00 – 4:00 & 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Visitation will also take place on Saturday morning 11:00 – 12:00 Noon. A Funeral Service will take place at the Bancroft Pentecostal Tabernacle on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. with The Rev. Bill Theobald officiating. Interment, Hermon Cemetery. A reception will follow at the Mayo Community Centre, McArthur Mills.
