Peacefully, in her sleep during the night of Thursday, 14 August 2014. Mother of Virginia (Jerry) Connolly and the late Daniel (Elise) Cooper. Grandmother of Jordan and Julianna. Sister of the late Norm (late Shirley) Gibson; Barb (Ken) Aker; Dorothy (late Rae) Hill; Ellen (Gerry) Bent. Predeceased by her husbands Brian Speirs and Edward Cooper. An accomplished artist, her work can be found in many corporate and private collections around the world. As she wished, there will be no funeral. A Celebration of Her Life is being planned for a later date. Donations to Hospice North Hastings or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to M.G. Daly Funeral Home, Maynooth.
