Peacefully, at the Windsor Regional Hospital, on Sunday, May 20, 2007. Mabel Tessier, age 87, was the beloved wife of the late Clarence Tessier (1995). Loving mother of Carol Thoms (Tom), Carl Tessier (Sally), June Shearon (Gord), Richard Tessier, Clover Mack (Russ), Gail Allen (John), Wayne Tessier (Sabina), Craig Tessier, Bob Tessier, Michelle Recoskie (Lawrence). Loved grandmother of 24 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. The family will receive relatives and friends at St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Whitney, on Thursday 7-9 p.m., and on Friday 11-12 noon. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 12 noon. Interment St. Martin of Tours Catholic Cemetery, Whitney. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
