Peacefully at Hastings Centennial Manor on Friday, April 12, 2024. Norman Morris of Hybla, age 81 years. Born in London, England during WWII, he was the proud son of RAF Sergeant Norman Comber. "Stormin" Norman grew up in Toronto's Pape and Danforth neighbourhood, raised a family in Markham, Ontario, spent years living on Vancouver Island and then settled in the Bancroft area. Member of Sheet Metal Workers Local Union 30, Norm was a lover of literature, music and the great outdoors. Of good humour, marijuana and a great cup of coffee. Former husband of Sylvia Morris. Dear father of Christopher (Gillian Gallow), Paul (Alison Dewis), Desiree Jeckalejs and the late Ramona O'Rourke. Loving grandfather of Eileen, Matthew and Nadine. Brother of Maureen Morris (Greg Staats) and the late Bruce Morris. Best friend of Ray Woodcock. Unabashed Leafs fan. Predeceased by his parents Gertrude Morris and Norman Comber.
